Do I get a trial period with no tie ins?
We offer free set up on small payrolls of 1-50 employees, for the first three pay periods we offer a half price trial, our contract can be cancelled at anytime with only one weeks notice, we are confident that you will never need to look anywhere else for your payroll needs.
Can I transfer my payroll part way through the tax year?
Yes, quite simply we would look at the system currently used and transfer the data and year to date figures onto our systems, we would contact you or your current provider free of charge for the information we need. Then repair any errors and setup the payroll.
Do I need to be local to use your payroll service?
No, the set-up and processing can all be done remotely, we would usually come and see you for the initial consultation to explain what we can do and how it works and how we can save you money. The system is designed to be simple and enable you to forget the stress of payroll and get on with running your business.
My accountant already does my payroll, why change?
As a payroll specialist I have been running payrolls for accountants and finance Directors in many different industries for 15 years, Payroll is a very specialist area and many accountants farm the service out and the clients may not know. Generally they do not have the extensive knowledge base and sometimes simply use off the shelf packages which are easy to run but often fall short when things go wrong. To put it another way its not the car thats the problem its whos driving it, and of course if they are farming it out you can be assured they are adding a good percentage on.
